This article talks about Andrea Yates and her murder of two children by drowning them in their bathtub in 2002. She pleaded insanity - and she was on Effexor, a psychiatric drug which recently added "Homicidal ideation" to their 36 pages of side effects and did nothing to publicize this fact.
